Step 2: Create and Add an Interaction gGood Morningh

This step shows you how you can add your own sentences to the interaction created in step 1.@ Letfs create a ggood morningh interaction here.

1. Open the file created in step 1

Click on the Open button on the toolbar and open the file created in step 1, Step1.dlgxml.

A File Selector box appears that lets you choose the file. Select Step1.dlgxml and click Open button.

2. Add Your Speech Sentences (Input)

Click on the Create button in yellow Dialog Box.

A new sentence labeled 'New Sentence' is added to the list and New sentence comes up on the Edit Field above the List. Click the Edit Field and type gGood morning roboth.

For inputting robot speech, please click the icon appeared in the window below Robot Speech Creation Box.

Then type gGood morning, userh in the Robot Speech Creation Box.

NOTE!
Please do NOT use punctuation marks such as ,(comma) . (period) ! and ? when you create userfs speech sentences. The speech recognition software does not recognize these and cause an error. However you can use these punctuation marks for creating robotfs speech sentences. When you use g?h at the end of a robotfs speech, for example, the text-to-speech software will tune so it sounds like a questioning speech.

You can add multiple sentences such as gMorning, robot g in the same way.

When multiple sentences are programmed in root speech list, GoTalk makes your robot to pick one of them randomly.

Step 2: Exercise
Try to give multiple choices to you robot. Make it say all of gGood morningh, gGood morning, I slept very wellh and gIfm still sleepyh.

Next is Step3 , creating interaction using sensor input.
