What are the requirements to use GoTalk?
For using GoTalk, you need to have a PC with Microsoft Windows XP or Vista,
a speech recognizer, a Text-to-Speech software

a microphone and speaker.
A speech recognizer and TTS are included in Windows or can be downloaded for free.
I don't have speech software. Do I have to buy?
No, You don't have to speech recognition and Text-to-Speech software.
