Questions from Parents

Is GoTalk good for my child?
GoTalk Lite is a simple programming software product for fun and learning and good for a child who is age 10 or older and has interest in robotics. By using GoTalk, your kid can have fun to add a speech interface to a robot and acquire basic computer skills and will foster his/her imagination and creativity.

I don't know anything about computer or programming. I cannot assist my child but still can we still enjoy GoTalk?
GoTalk is a simple software product so we believe you and your kid can enjoy GoTalk Lite if he/she has interest in robotics. We also have a support desk which you can ask a question. Also our product can be tried for free of charge for 15 days so please try it and see if you and your kid enjoys it.

How can I see if my child is learning and achieving something?
GoTalk is a simple product, yet, it still requires your kid to have some concentration, motivation for learning, imagination, and some experience of trial and error. When your child makes his robot say "hello", it is already a great achievement and your child has more than basic computer skills. Also GoTalk is a product designed to encourage children to try and create more interactions so as they learn, the task will be more advanced and unique and those achievements are clearly visible.
When your child finds GoTalk Non-Programming version too easy, please let him go for GoTalk Programming version for further adventure and real speech interface programming experiences. This is and will continue to be an area of great demand in computer-human interface technology for Gaming, Education, Robotics, and more.
