My disk crashed/I got a new computer and I can't find my registration code. What should I do?
Send an email from the account you originally signed up with (the one the Thanks For Your Purchase message was sent to) to us at info@go-talk.info and we'll send you a copy of your registration email. If it isn't possible to send an email from this account, send us an email telling us what account it was and roughly when you registered (we need the original email address to look up your registration details). A good way to avoid this hassle is to print off all the software registration codes you received in the email and put them in a folder. That way they are still available when disaster strikes.

I have not received my registration code. When do I receive it?
Our partnership company will send you Email "Than you for your purchasing" soon after they handled your order. The registration code should be in the email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder.

What payment options do you accept?
GoTalk is distributed from GoTalk website using Kagie-commerce service which accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders. For more information, please see http://shop.kagi.com/help/37

If I buy any version of GoTalk, can I have access to free upgrades or other versions for free?
Yes, if you become GoTalk Community member, we will let you know when an upgraded version is available and you can upgrade your GoTalk for free. However, you need to purchase a different GoTalk (for example, if you have purchased GoTalk Lite for a robot, you need to purchase a GoTalk Pro for the same robot or the GoTalk Lite for a different robot.)

Can I re-download GoTalk that I have previously purchased?
