How can I download GoTalk?

which illustrates how to do it with many pictures.
When installing and selecting installation folder,
it does not work if I select "Just me" to use the computer.
As the Tutorial saying, please select "Everyone" even though
you are the only one to use the computer.
Can I re-download GoTalk that I have previously purchased?
Yes, you can re-download a previously version of the software. Please
note that if you install the software on a new computer, you will have to
re-enter your registration information.
